Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with Yasmin Crafts. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
1. Custom Orders:
We do not accept client/customer orders for products not listed on our website. This is due to the nature of handmade products as no two products will look exactly the same. Differences in color, materials, and weaving styles are inherent in the use of raw materials available at any given time. We produce only what is listed on our product list, and even then, no two products will be identical.
2. Pre-Orders and Delays:
Please be aware that delays may occur for pre-orders due to various factors, such as late delivery of raw materials from our suppliers. If a delay is anticipated, we will notify you promptly. However, we recommend that if you have time constraints or specific deadlines, it is advisable to purchase items already in stock rather than pre-ordering.
3. Product Pricing and Installation:
Please note that the prices of our products do not include installation costs. If you purchase a product that requires fixing, such as electrical lighting, kitchen cabinets, hanging shelves, etc., and you would like us to handle the installation, a separate installation fee will be charged. The price you paid covers the product alone, and installations are not provided free of charge.
4. Scope of Work during Ongoing Projects:
During ongoing projects at your location (home, office, restaurant, site etc) we shall focus on previously agreed terms during installations or site visits. Any additional work proposed by the client shall be articulated properly and billed separately.
You are welcome to provide your own measurements for the product you want us to create. However, please note that once payment is made and production has commenced, we cannot change the size or measurement of the product. If you provided incorrect measurements, it is not our responsibility, as we rely on the specifications you provided. Therefore, we will not issue a refund in such cases.
6. Delivery Method and Liability Policy:
We take every precaution to ensure that our products are delivered in the best possible condition to our customers. We work with reliable delivery partners and recommend delivery methods that are most likely to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, we understand that our customers may have specific delivery preferences and may choose to opt for a delivery method of their own choosing. In such cases, we will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery. Kindly note that the delivery fees you see provided on our website or other platforms are paid to our logsitics partners, therefore we do not control the charges.
7. Payment Policy:
Dear valued clients/customers, kindly note that we do not offer payment on delivery. We require a part payment of 70% to commence production of your order and a 30% balance upon completion but before delivery or pick up can be made. This means we require our payment in full before goods can be released. Kindly do not place an order with us if you don’t agree with this policy.
With regards to the balance payment of 30% we strongly recommended that our clients/customers should ensure this transaction and payment is concluded and confirmed by us at least 4 hours before pickup & delivery to avoid unseen/unreceived alerts. We will not release goods until we confirm payment from our bank. Kindly send us a receipt of your successful payment transaction via email or Whatsapp to speed up this process.
8. Acceptance of Terms:
By placing an order with Yasmin Crafts, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. If you find any of these conditions unacceptable, we kindly request that you refrain from placing an order with us.
