How accurate are the dimensions you listed?

Due to the nature of hand made baskets and furniture, dimensions will vary from product to product. However they will not vary more than 1.25cm to 2.5cm in size for a small items, and for larger items they will vary not more than 2.5cm to 7.5cm in size.

Do the colours vary from product to product?

Yes, colours may vary slightly from product to product as we use natural wood and rattan materials. Colours of our cushions, fabrics and other finishes may also vary slightly depending on goods received from our suppliers. What is rattan?

Rattan is a palm-like vine that is indigenous to the tropical regions of Africa, Asia, and Australia. Unlike bamboo, rattan is solid all the way through the reed and can grow up to hundreds of meters in length. In areas where rattan grows, it has significant economic value that can help protect forestland by providing an alternative to loggers who would otherwise engage in timber logging. Harvesting rattan canes is much simpler and requires less sophisticated tools, making it a more accessible and sustainable option. Additionally, rattan grows much faster than most tropical wood, making it a more environmentally friendly choice. By promoting the use of rattan, we can help preserve our Nigerian forests and promote sustainable economic development.

Where are your products made?

Our products are handmade in Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja which is in Africa.

What materials are your products made of?

Our products are made mainly of rattan, wood, metal, woven fibers and fabrics. We also use recycled and upcycled materials such as plastic pet bottles, old cutlery and fabric off cuts meant to be thrown away.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes we offer wholesale pricing. For smaller products, it’s 10 or more pieces of any item you want to order. For larger products such as furniture sets we offer wholesale pricing for orders of over 3 sets.

Do you offer discounts if I am buying multiple items? Can I mix those items or must I buy the same item in multiples?

Yes we offer discounts for multiple purchases. You can mix different products to qualify for a discount however they must be 10 or more pieces for smaller items and 3 sets for our furniture sets.

Can I order your products in a size of my choice? I have a space that I want to fit your basket into and the size I require is not listed on your website.

If you require a size that we do not produce we can customize your sizes for you however we have a minimum order quantity of 10 or more pieces for small baskets and a minimum order quantity of 2 or more pieces for furniture pieces such a chair, table or planter. For very large products such as our furniture sets, bed sets, swing chairs, credenzas etc our MOQ is 1 set. However, we cannot guarantee that the product will have the EXACT dimensions you provided kindly allow for a difference of 1.25cm to 2.5cm for smaller items and 2.5cm to 7.5cm for larger items.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Flutterwave and bank transfers. For British pound or United States dollar payments kindly use Paypal or Flutterwave.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes you can order via phone by calling +2349010909282 on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00 hours WAT, or sending us a Whatsapp message here. Phone orders still involve confirmation of payments before we begin to process your order.

Are all your products readily available for delivery?

No. For products not in stock you will see “out of stock” indicated on that item. We also have products that are only available to pre-order and those products are clearly described as “Pre-order” products. Larger products like our furniture sets are currently available only on pre-order basis.

Do you make custom baskets and furniture?

How long does it take to get my order shipped after I make a payment?

We typically ship out products in stock 48 to 72 hours after your payment has been confirmed. For pre-order products we ship 48 to 72 hours after production is complete.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes anywhere from 3 to 40 working days depending on your location.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take extra care to package items properly to avoid this however if your order should arrive damaged please contact us immediately by sending an e-mail to with clear photos showing the condition of your package. It will be helpful for us to know if the outer packaging (carton or wrap) that your order was in also arrived damaged.

What if I received a wrong order?

We have a great quality control and assurance procedures that prevents errors of any kind. However, if you received the wrong item, don’t worry, we will replace it with the correct one right away at no additional cost to you.
